据The Block 10月20日消息，Fnality首席执行官Rhomaios Ram预计，央行将在年底之前为基于DLT的支付系统USC（Utility Settlement Coin）扫清道路。Ram表示，缺乏明确的法规限制了Fnality推出其系统。其用于银行对银行支付的DLT系统已被搁置，等待央行批准。据悉，该项目由Fnality International运营，14家银行参与投资，包括瑞银集团和三井住友银行（SMBC）等欧美日大型银行。
