中国人民银行公众号表示，近期，人民银行惠州市中心支行协助当地警方破获一起利用虚拟货币泰达币（USDT）的跨境网络赌博案件。抓获犯罪嫌疑人77人，打掉赌博网站3个，涉案金额近1.2亿元。此案不仅在银行账户内流转，还涉及虚拟货币，并通过多次洗白，资金走向极为隐蔽。
