10月23日，在2020华夏时报产业区块链峰会上，原中国人民银行科技司副司长李晓枫表示，区块链到底对金融怎么影响？回头看互联网，我们会发现互联网当时就是一个平台，这个平台规模做大，做大了以后月活数、流量增大，这个平台是一个中心化的，云计算、大数据都是在互联网时代应运而生，围绕着所有者而展开的新技术。区块链是不同所有者都有权利修改这个数据库，我们从技术观点来讲有两项，增加或者是查询，大家都来修改数据是一个多层级的分布式的技术体系，当然这个分布式跟云计算的分布式不一样，所以从这个技术架构我们来判断、推理一下要有技术、要有应用才能谈上面的哲学也好、经济也好，才能谈起来。在这一块上，这个架构是分布式架构，这个分布式无非就是有两个模式，一个像Facebook的Libra，核心的联盟链，还有一个像央行的数字人民币，有一个中心批发到核心成员，在这种架构中，将来会是个什么样的分布式金融模式，经济的形态还没有看清楚，还要探讨。
