上海节能服务产业“十四五”发展思路：加强节能+AI+互联网+云平台+区块链等融合应用

10月27日召开的2020年上海节能服务产业峰会暨合同能源管理论坛上，上海市政府有关部门分析了“十三五”节能形势，提出了“十四五”发展思路。一是加强节能“新技术、新产品”的研发、生产、引进和推广应用，补齐节能服务业“短板”。二是创新节能管理“新手段”，加强节能+AI+互联网+云平台+区块链等融合应用，改变传统的人工管理模式。　三是深化合同能源管理 “新机制”，研究探索合同能源管理保险业务和节能费用托管型服务发展问题，进一步深化区块链技术在合同能源管理项目中的应用。四是关注服务“新经济”，针对新形势、新任务和“双循环”发展，关注绿色新基建、长三角生态一体化建设、绿色数据中心建设。五是树立节能服务“新形象”，建立健全服务规范、标准，加强行业诚信自律，打造上海节能服务品牌。（上证报）
