10月29日，人民法院报刊文《视频影像存储，区块链技术固定》，文章指出在诉讼案件中通过现代视频影像技术对物证数据化存储，同时利用区块链技术对存储数据上链管理，让实物证据数据化保管成为现实。区块链分布式账本技术让实物证据的影像信息进入系统后就不可能再被改动，证据被彻底固定，这让法院可以放心将实物证据退还当事人保管，有效规避电子数据被篡改的风险。
