10月29日，万向区块链董事长肖风在2020 Web大会演讲时表示，波卡是基于跨链的多链系统，平行链可以提供更多类型的基础服务，这些基础服务也将在应用层上被更好地调动，比如存储、信任、交易等等。多链系统可提供创业所需的各类基础设施，基于这些基础设施，人们可以更好地施展自己的创造能力。完全封闭的、基于区块链的商业应用也会存在，但我们更需要关注的是如何打通链上及链下，线上及线下。我们的目光不能仅仅盯着区块链领域的原生资产，而要去想着如何链接线下万亿级的资产。
