11月3日，区块链基础设施供应商Eximchain（EXC）宣布，受新冠疫情以及其他影响，团队资金已经耗尽，因此将终止开发，并在11月6日之前关闭Eximchain当前所有网络托管节点和区块浏览器Blockexplorer。此后，Eximchain将不再控制网络。
