11月4日消息，由西门子支持的区块链电力交易平台Pebbles已启动。该平台由西门子、区域公用事业公司AllgäuerÜberlandwerk(AÜW)等联合开发的区块链技术电力市场平台。此前10月消息，该平台已在德国巴伐利亚州进行虚拟演示。
