近日湖南省人民政府办公厅印发《湖南省区块链发展总体规划（2020—2025年）》通知。除了公布区块链发展规划政策，值得注意的是，湖南省的区块链发展规划中还提及了数字货币，湖南省提出要加强数字货币监测，建立数字货币监测体系，关注国际数字货币研究进展动态，研究数字货币管理框架，跟踪境外超主权货币演进态势，监测数字货币运行情况和渗透范围。
