11月9日，Filecoin官方发布Slingshot第二阶段介绍及竞赛规则。内容显示，Slingshot第二阶段将分发至少500,000 FIL的奖励，此举是阶段一分发的50,000 FIL的补充。存储奖励每月分配一次，其中存储层已解锁。存储奖励将根据Slingshot参与者已存储在奖励窗口中的新有效数据量按比例分配。此外，Slingshot第二阶段还将设置Booster奖励，若遵循规则，并在奖励窗口中存储超过50GiB的新数据，矿工将获得10FIL Booster奖励。官方提醒称，从主网启动以来，所有获得的奖励将在六个月内线性分配，或因其他问题相应进行处理。昨日消息，Filecoin官方成员在Slack上表示，Slingshot第二阶段比赛将于11月11日开放注册。
