11月15日，波卡Polkadot官方社区PolkaWorld发布波卡周报。主要内容有：1.全民公投 11 已经通过，Polkadot 已成功升级到 runtime v26。此 runtime 中的更改包括实现模块版本控制、批处理所有外部（原子批处理）和验证人选择计算的改进。2.Polkadot 0.8.26-1 的高优先级升级已经发布，修复了 0.8.26 中的 DoS 向量。3. 12 号公投有很多人投了赞成票，但没有任何信息发布在Polkassembly 上或在其他地方共享。4.Kusama Westend 的默认节点关闭了一段时间，现在已经可以再次可用。5.Substrate批处理全部 batch_all（原子批处理）已经实现。
