国网新疆电力区块链建设团队已完成基于区块链技术的数据共享平台开发任务及部署实施工作，标志着区块链试点建设进入崭新阶段，该团队基于国家电网公司区块链基础公共服务平台，将区块链、同态加密、可信计算等技术结合，重点开展基于电网应用系统数据进出数据中台、电网信息对外输出等场景，针对敏感数据在共享过程中，可在无需解密隐私数据的情况下直接用密文进行数据处理和安全计算，实现敏感数据的授信访问、安全共享、合并计算，并通过堆栈从链提供存证取证等服务。国网新疆电力表示，下一步将挖掘区块链在公司生产、经营、服务等业务创新中的应用价值，激活数据资产价值，并经由基于区块链的交易共享平台，推动数据资产的增值变现。
