11月23日消息，香港特区政府财政司司长陈茂波23日出席团结香港基金“团结卓尔论坛”并致辞表示，香港是全球领先的国际金融中心，近年来本地金融科技业蓬勃发展，具备良好的条件在较高的起步点上探索数字货币等金融科技的发展和应用。“我们一直留意中国人民银行数字人民币的发展。特区政府和金管局将积极和人民银行共同探讨各种可行方案，完善及扩大跨境人民币资金双向流通的渠道。”
