美国得克萨斯州证券委员会（TSSB）针对外汇交易所TradeGo Forex Exchange和三名涉嫌虚假外汇交易活动的个人发出停止令，命令TradeGo关闭业务，并指控其负责人Ronald Ameral、David Nielson和Brandon Newbern过未经授权的投资欺骗投资人。该命令进一步指出，TradeGo Forex Exchange的操作人员未在联邦或州监管机构注册为交易商。因此，他们从事与向本地人出售证券有关的欺诈行为。据悉，TSSB此前已下令15个外汇、二元期权和加密货币品牌立即停止运营。
