据资本邦11月25日消息，美股上市公司亿邦国际(EBON.US)宣布，已完成其400万份证券的增发，每份发行价5.25美元，公司获得总收入约2100万美元。公司拟将发行的净收益主要用于开发和应用区块链技术到金融服务，购买与其业务、企业品牌和营销活动相关的核心知识产权，以及一般企业用途(可能包括营运资金需求和其他企业用途)。
