江苏省盐城经开区检察院刑事裁定书显示，在收缴的赃物处置问题方面，在案证据证实陈波向盐城市公安局申请由其委托北京知帆科技有限公司依法出售变现公安机关扣押的数字货币，所有款项作为其退赃款。 此前报道，法院认为原审判决定罪准确，量刑适当，因此驳回上诉维持原判，且二审裁定为终审裁定。原审法院认为涉案赃物、赃款及孳息、犯罪工具依法予以没收上缴国库。公安机关扣押的逾 19 万个 BTC 和 83 万个 ETH 等数字货币将依法处理，所得资金及收益依法予以没收，上缴国库。 注：知帆科技是一家区块链大数据服务企业，专注于利用人工智能与大数据分析技术为企业和个人用户提供区块链数据分析解决方案。
