俄罗斯银行界人士担忧现行数字卢布方案或将引发银行挤兑

据Coindesk消息，俄罗斯央行副行长Olga Skorobogatova周四会见了几家主要商业银行的代表，以期就数字卢布的概念寻求早期反馈。银行代表们主要担心的是目前正在考虑的数字货币系统一旦启动，可能会有多集中化。俄罗斯标准银行(Russian Standard Bank)董事长Alexander Samokhvalov表示，各商业银行将支持这样一种方案，即它们将充当中间人，但不会让俄罗斯央行自己维护所有个人数字卢布账户。Samokhvalov称，后者"没有给商业银行提供空间"，可能引发银行挤兑。
