12月1日，跨链协议Cosmos（ATOM）官方宣布，社区已发起31号与32号两项提案。其中，31号提案提议对Cosmos Hub治理模块进行升级，设置治理拆分投票功能，以使用户可以选择将其投票分成几个投票选项（如自主选择投票分配比重）。32号提案则在31号提案的基础上进行，若31号提案通过，开发者将向社区请求获取1776个ATOM以支持“治理拆分投票”功能的开发设计和实施。
