乌克兰虚拟资产法案草案已进行第一次听证会将虚拟资产定义为电子数据

据Coindesk报道，乌克兰虚拟资产法案草案（the Draft Bill on Virtual Assets）已在乌克兰议会(Verkhovna Rada)上进行第一次听证会，在获得立法者的初步认可后，虚拟资产法案草案在正式成为法律之前，还将经历两次听证会。该法案将虚拟资产定义为“一组电子形式的数据”，“可以成为公民交易的独立对象，也可以证明财产权或非财产权”。法案建议不要将虚拟资产视为乌克兰的法定货币。在听证会上，一些议员谴责该法案，认为该草案考虑的事情与乌克兰经济的问题相距太远。但最后该草案在340票中仍获得229票赞成，并通过了立法程序的第一阶段。
