12月4日，为推动政务服务“一网通办”，进一步深化“放管服”改革、优化北京营商环境，由市经济和信息化局、市政务服务管理局、市公安局联合印发的《北京市电子印章推广应用行动方案(试行)》日前在首都之窗公布。据透露，下一步，北京市还将基于自主创新区块链技术打造电子印章联盟链，支持电子合同等应用，加快促进数字经济发展。
