据Coinpost 12月4日消息，日本已有12家运营商（1家正在观察）已与瑞波合作伙伴Flare Networks达成有关Spark空投的协议。根据协议，Spark代币若在2022年6月12日之前被日本加密货币交易协会（JVCEA）和金融服务局批准上市，则这些运营商将会空投Spark代币并将其分发给XRP持有者。此前消息，出于日本监管要求，Spark要达到被称为金融服务局白名单的代币上市标准，仍需要花费大量时间，至此Flare Networks的Spark空投或延迟处理。
