据The Block 12月4日消息，这周五是William Hinman担任美国证券交易委员会（SEC）公司财务部总监的最后一天。Hinman的离开是在10月下旬宣布的，但SEC并未透露其退出的确切日期。据悉，他曾牵头SEC早期加密指导方针，其对加密货币和Howey测试的评论对围绕ICO的监管尤为关键。
