12月6日，2020世界区块链大会·武汉进入第二日议程。本届大会由主办，并得到了武汉市政府、江汉区政府、武汉市经信局、中国信通院等部门单位的大力支持。在今天下午的《创始区块启动，ETH2.0让以太坊再次伟大？》圆桌论坛上，星火矿池市场负责人邱晓栋表示，以太坊基金会正在选择快速推进2.0，在转POS的同时，要做Layer2。因为Layer2不是只给P0S服务的，现在可以看到很多方案给以太坊1.0。七八月份感受到以太坊网络的性能不足，现在Layer2的方案可以带来帮助，所以这肯定是要关注的方向。所以精力并不冲突，开发人群也不一样。Layer2的确可以提升1.0的性能，因为以太坊2.0是分阶段的，基金会也承认难度很大，这个时间长度也不知道。这么长的开发周期同时做Layer2是对的，因为1.0未来DeFi上的应用和承载的资产会越来越多，必须提升性能，基本上可以实现，很多人已经在用了，目前的现状就是这样子。对于2.0的事情，连基金会都没法承诺，到真正抛弃我们的1.0矿工，这个时间长度多长，他们都不知道，我们只能非常非常保守的估计一年半。
