据 CNBC 消息， Facebook 金融负责人 David Marcus 表示，希望 Diem 和 Novi 钱包都将在 2021 年推出。由 Facebook 推出加密货币项目 Libra 已更名为 Diem，旨在通过强调项目的独立性来寻求获得监管部门的批准，其支付部门 Calibra 也已更名为 Novi Financial。据英国金融时报此前报道，Facebook 计划最早在明年一月以有限形式发行加密货币 Libra， 初始将只发行锚定美元的 Libra。
