贴上湖北省首张“鄂冷链”食品追溯码的泰国黑虎虾今日上架

据长江日报报道，12月10日下午3时20分，从位于武汉市东西湖区盈石物流园内的武汉盒马B2C冷冻仓发出的10盒泰国黑虎虾，贴上湖北省首张“鄂冷链”食品追溯码，送往盒马生鲜宏达广场店，并正式上架。这是湖北发出的湖北省首张“鄂冷链”食品追溯码。从即日起，在湖北通过手机微信或支付宝，扫一扫小程序“鄂冷链”码，关于进口冷链食品“身份证”信息，以及其流通环节接触的人和物信息，可以全程追溯。从进口冷链食品进入湖北首站开始，实现了货、库、车、人全环节的精准管理，避免大海捞针式排查。
