澳门金管局：正与央行保持沟通，跟进央行数字货币的研发情况

12月11日，澳门金管局指出，正与中国人民银行保持沟通，跟进“央行数字货币”的研发情况，会适时研究发行数字货币的可行性，并已计划修订货币发行制度，增设发行非实体法定货币的规范。金管局指，今年首三季，澳门移动支付交易逾4,000万笔，交易金额逾40亿港元，分别是去年全年的2.5倍及3.3倍。在避免电子支付市场出现垄断方面，金管局已于8月推出聚合支付业务监管要求，订明金融机构须以公平合理的商业条款合作，严格规定不可作出不正当的竞争行为。
