中国人民银行副行长范一飞在2020中国（深圳）金融科技全球峰会上表示，十九届五中全会审议通过的《中共中央关于制定国民经济和社会发展第十四个五年规划和二〇三五年远景目标的建议》明确提出，要提升金融科技水平，加快数字化发展。他建议，从五个方面发力，全面加快金融数字化转型步伐，为“双循环”新发展格局贡献金融力量。
