雄安新区区块链底层系统（1.0）今日正式发布。这标志着国内首个城市级区块链底层操作系统开发完成投入使用。据介绍，该系统采用自主知识产权，含2个创新架构、9项关键技术、3大技术特征和5类应用能力，搭建起了一条“核心链+应用链”多层链网融合的新型区块链底层架构，并在吞吐量、跨链协同、数据可信交换、安全等痛点问题方面实现创新突破。今年以来，区块链资金支付系统已拨付征迁安置资金、工程建设者资金、大宗原材料资金超120亿元，系统上线以来累积拨付资金近300亿元。第一个基于区块链的非税电子票据支付系统已正式上线运行。
