据中国网财经消息，12月15日，由中国互联网金融协会等主办的2020第四届中国互联网金融论坛在京召开。财政部原副部长朱光耀在演讲中表示，数字货币的问题有特殊规律，同互联网的发展、区块链的发展密切结合在一起。去年，脸书把对数字货币的争论在世界范围内提到一个新的战略高度。这个问题我们确实要警惕，而且要从战略角度进行研究。研究这个问题，一定要坚持多边主义原则，而不是像目前以美国为首的西方国家孤立、垄断地在西方七国内研究，这是错误的方向，而且不会得到结果。另一方面，其他国家应该充分认识这个问题的战略性，推动在这个问题研究上的多边合作。与此同时，推动由中央银行发行的数字货币，中国的中央银行走在前列。同时我们要清醒，我们现在研究的数字货币是M0的一种补充形式，还是在零售环节，而不是货币的所有功能。所以，这个问题同样要从战略高度进行更深一步的研究。
