据政在解读12月15日消息，杭州市委十二届十一次全体（扩大）会议审议通过了《关于制定杭州市国民经济和社会发展第十四个五年规划和二〇三五年远景目标的建议》。规划指出，杭州将建设世界级数字产业集群，推动数字产业化与产业数字化高质量融合发展，推进中国区块链之都、全国云计算之城和全球数字安防产业中心、国际金融科技中心建设。规划还指出杭州下一步加大数字基建力度，推进下一代互联网、数据中心等建设和应用，拓展数字化生活场景应用，推动数字乡村建设，实施全民数字教育培训，完善托底公共服务，积极消除“数字鸿沟”，加快形成共建“数字社会”、共享“数字红利”的良好氛围。
