12月16日，Filecoin官方向社区发布了Lotus新版本1.3.0升级公告，公告中提到，FIP-0009提案将成功执行的Win—dowPost中原计划消耗掉的Gas费退还给矿工，从而实现降低网络Gas Fee消耗。官方也表示，本次升级为强制升级，矿工需要在区块高度343200前，也就是预计北京时间12月22日左右完成，官方还表示该提案只是暂时的解决方案，未来有更好的方案会替换现在的方案。
