据官方消息，著名网游《传奇》开发商Wemade区块链子公司WemadeTree称，WEMIX平台同时使用公有链以及私有链的混合链架构已解决区块链的扩展性问题。现有基于区块链游戏平台的最大难点是相对低的TPS以及较贵的交易费用，利用混合链以及多链结构和可以检验资产与数据有效性的“桥梁”等技术，可构建具有扩展性的区块链平台。
