PANews reported on October 21st that the Base app stated on the X platform that as part of a comprehensive Coinbase upgrade at 7:00 AM Pacific Time on October 25th (22:00 Beijing Time on October 25th, 2025), several Coinbase platform features in the Base app will be suspended for approximately four hours. These include: staking and unstaking assets, using Coinbase accounts to fund on-chain transactions, purchasing cryptocurrencies with Coinbase Pay, and withdrawing funds from Coinbase accounts.

According to previous news , Coinbase will suspend services on October 25 due to technical system upgrades, which is expected to take 4 hours.
