PANews reported on May 20 that according to the official blog, the Sei Development Foundation announced the appointment of Jamie Finn, co-founder of the security token platform Securitize, as a strategic advisor. Finn has led Securitize to obtain US broker-dealer, transfer agent and investment advisory licenses, and has participated in over $700 million in mergers and acquisitions. Justin Barlow, executive director of the Sei Development Foundation, said that Finn's institutional resources and practical experience will help build an RWA infrastructure that meets compliance requirements. Currently, Sei is promoting the on-chain of traditional financial assets through performance optimization.
