a16z-backed AI developer Anysphere is seeking a new round of financing, with a valuation of $10 billion

PANews reported on March 9 that according to TechInAsia, Anysphere Inc. (backed by a16z), the developer of the AI-driven code editor Cursor, is seeking to raise hundreds of millions of dollars. After this round of financing, the company's valuation may reach nearly $10 billion, a significant increase from the $2.5 billion valuation in January. Anysphere Inc. has exceeded $100 million in annual recurring revenue in 12 months. Anysphere has previously received approximately $175 million in venture capital from investors including Andreessen Horowitz.
