PANews reported on February 12 that according to CoinDesk, crypto custody technology provider Fireblocks announced support for Soneium, the Ethereum second-layer network launched by Sony in cooperation with Singapore's Startale Labs. Soneium was launched in January 2025, using Optimism's OP Stack technology, focusing on the fields of gaming, finance and entertainment. Its current total locked value (TVL) is approximately US$33.6 million.
