PANews reported on January 24th that, according to Cailian Press, the three major U.S. stock indexes closed mixed, with the Dow Jones Industrial Average down 0.58%, the Nasdaq Composite up 0.28%, and the S&P 500 up 0.03%. On a weekly basis, the Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 0.53% this week, the Nasdaq Composite fell 0.06%, and the S&P 500 fell 0.35%, marking the second consecutive week of declines for all three major indexes. Precious metals led the gains, with Pan American Silver rising over 4%. Blockchain concept stocks generally declined, with COIN (Coinbase) down 2.77%; MSTR (Strategy) up 1.32%; CRCL (Circle) down 0.03%; and BMNR (Bitmine) down 0.35%.
