The Smarter Web Company, a publicly traded company, will issue 21 million shares of common stock.

PANews reported on September 4th that The Smarter Web Company, a UK-listed company, announced that it has signed a new subscription agreement to issue 21 million ordinary shares. The terms of the new subscription agreement are identical to the previous subscription agreement announced on June 19, 2025. The company believes that the existing subscription agreement has been effective in raising additional capital for the company. Furthermore, further to the company's announcement on August 26, 2025, the majority of the ordinary shares issued under the June subscription agreement have been fully allocated.

According to previous news , as of August 28, The Smarter Web Company held 2,440 BTC.
