PANews reported on January 20 that according to the official website of TRUMP Coin, the purchase terms of TRUMP Coin include a class action waiver clause. The clause reads: To the extent permitted by law, investors participating in the purchase agree not to file, join or participate in any class action lawsuit against any claim, dispute or controversy brought by any insured person. Investors agree to enter injunctive relief to stop such litigation or remove you as a participant in the litigation. Investors agree to pay the attorney fees and litigation costs incurred by any insured person in seeking such relief. This clause prevents investors from filing, joining or participating in class actions: (i) does not constitute a waiver of any rights or remedies for investors to bring claims individually, nor does it constitute a waiver of the class action in the binding arbitration mentioned above; (ii) is an independent agreement. Investors can opt out of these dispute resolution clauses by providing a written decision notice within thirty (30) days from the date of their first visit to the website.
