NFT market sales reached $187 million in one week, Ethereum grew strongly, Bitcoin declined

PANews reported on January 27 that according to Cryptoslam data, NFT sales rose 3.88% this week, totaling $187 million. Ethereum contributed $106.72 million, up 9.39% from the previous month; Bitcoin sales were $25.35 million, down 9.43%; Solana ranked third with $16.92 million, down 3.18%. The best-performing Immutable chain saw sales increase by 26.97% to $7.73 million.

Among NFT collections, Azuki ranked first with sales of $26.876 million this week, up 51.19%; Pudgy Penguins ranked second with $13.325 million, up 36.57%; Azuki Elementals ranked third with sales of $8.323 million, up 11.64%. Solana's Mad Lads grew 132.07% to $4.247 million, becoming a highlight.

The NFT with the highest unit price was Cryptopunk #6,472, which sold for $740,100. In addition, Kreating Colourblind on the Cardano chain sold for $392,200, and Solana's Boogle #007 sold for $369,800. Despite a 59.34% increase in buyers and a 43.67% increase in sellers, the total transaction volume fell by 6.37%, completing 1,416,984 transactions.
