在 Polkadot 上开启平行链 auction 的 motion 118 已经被 Polkadot 理事会投票通过！这是 Parity 在 Polkadot 上安排第一组平行链 auction 的提案，并推荐了一个 3-6 个月的 auction 安排策略。基于 Kusama 上平行链的表现和审计状态，Parity 工程团队认为平行链、auctions 和 crowdloans 的代码已准备好进行初始生产的发布。
在 Motion 118 投票通过后，Polkadot 的插槽 Auction 已经确定为以下安排：
第一轮：共 5 次 Auction，从 2021 年 11 月 11 日开始，每次 Auction 为期 7 天，每 7 天开始一次新的 Auction，租赁期为 Lease 6 到 Lease 13（Lease 6 从 12月 15 日开始）
Auction 1: 2021.11.11 - 2021.11.18Auction 2: 2021.11.18 - 2021.11 25Auction 3: 2021.11 25 - 2021.12.2Auction 4: 2021.12.2 - 2021.12.9Auction 5: 2021.12.9 - 2021.12.16
第二轮：一共六次拍卖，从 12 月 23 日开始，每次 Auction 为期 7 天，每 14 天开始一次新的 Auction，租赁期为 Lease 7 - Lease 14（ Lease 7 从 2022 年 3 月 9 日开始）

由于 Auction 可以在租赁期开始之前进行，因此该 Motion 将 Auction 安排在 11 月 11 日中午 (UTC) 左右开始。
为了保证稳定性，建议理事会和网络治理将 Polkadot 上的平行链插槽数量限制在 Kusama 上的 75%，所以这次的时间安排将持续到三月初。随着网络的发展，理事会可以提议新的 auction 节奏，以保持在相对于 Kusama 上平行链数量的合理安全系数范围内。
