近日，恒大地产位于深圳坪山的一处楼盘开出了全国首张不动产销售区块链电子发票。这是深圳市税务局和腾讯区块链在疫情期间携手拓展的又一个区块链电子发票新场景，今年一季度，深圳区块链电子发票先后在医院和家电零售两大场景落地。深圳市区块链电子发票目前已开出1800多万张，覆盖了金融保险、公共交通、零售餐饮、互联网服务等上百个行业。
