PANews 8月14日消息，据Coindesk报道，俄罗斯警方正在调查该国最大的加密货币庞氏骗局之一。其中一名创始人被捕，其他人已逃离俄罗斯。受害者损失可能高达9500万美元。今年7月，Finiko的创始人之一Kirill Doronin因欺诈指控被捕。俄罗斯官员表示，大约有100人向警方举报了Finiko，索赔总额约为7000万俄罗斯卢布，约合不到100万美元。然而，俄罗斯当地媒体援引俄罗斯银行匿名消息人士的话称，Finiko可能集资高达70亿卢布，约合9500万美元。 Finiko在2019年至2021年间运营，向客户提供加密货币投资机会，包括年利率为20-30%的存款服务。
