PANews reported on September 23rd that Y Combinator announced in its official blog that it has partnered with Base and Coinbase Ventures to launch the "Fintech 3.0 Startup Call," inviting founders to build new on-chain financial systems. Y Combinator will reportedly focus on three areas: stablecoins, tokenization and trading, and applications and AI agents.
