PANews reported on February 7 that according to Cryptonews, Apple has taken action to prevent Japanese users from downloading applications from cryptocurrency exchanges Bybit, Bitget, MEXC, Kucoin and Bitcastle. Japanese media CoinPost reported that these blockades may be related to a series of warnings issued by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) in November 2024.
Bybit, Bitget, MEXC, Kucoin and other apps have been removed from the Japanese App Store
