PANews reported on April 28 that according to The Block, Solana Policy Institute announced the appointment of Rachel Green Horn, former Chief Marketing and Communications Officer of Filecoin Foundation, as Chief Marketing Officer. The institute was founded by Miller Whitehouse-Levine last month and focuses on bills that influence stablecoins and market structure, and has engaged in policy dialogues with the new leadership of the SEC and CFTC. Kristin Smith will join as chair in May.
