더블록에 따르면 미국 상품선물거래위원회(CFTC) 위원인 크리스틴 존슨(Kristin Johnson)이 원탁회의 토론 자리에서 암호화폐 투자자 교육 및 지원의 중요성에 대해 강조했다. 그는 "소비자에게 권한을 부여하고 동시에 불법 행위를 근절, 금융 시장의 무결성과 안정성을 보호하기 위해 투자자 교육과 지원을 확대해야 한다"며 "암호화폐 시장은 젊고 다양한 투자자가 모이는 곳이다. 개인 투자자를 보호하기 위해 수준 높은 교육을 제공해야 한다"고 말했다. 또한 초당적 법안이 통과되면 암호화폐가 다양한 커뮤니티에 끼치는 영향에 대해 우선적으로 연구할 것이라고 덧붙였다.
