美 SEC, 법원에 내년 2분기 '리플 소송' 재판 불가 일정 통보

폭스비즈니스 기자 엘리노어 테렛(Eleanor Terrett)에 따르면 미국 증권거래위원회(SEC)가 리플(XRP) 랩스 소송과 관련해 법원에 재판 진행 불가 일정을 통보했다. SEC가 통보한 일정은 ▲2024년 4월 15일~19일 ▲5월 1일~7일 ▲5월 27일~31일이다. SEC는 "해당 기간을 제외하고는 4~6월 언제든 재판이 가능하다"고 설명했다. 앞서 리플 측 변호인은 법원에 "내년 2분기 언제든 재판을 진행할 수 있다"고 통보했다.
