EVM 호환 레이어1 셀로(CELO)가 공식 X(구 트위터)를 통해 "웹3 브라우저 오페라(Opera)와 협력해 스테이블코인 월렛 미니페이(MiniPay)를 출시하게 됐다"고 설명했다. 셀로 측은 "아프리카 지역의 수백만 명의 모바일 사용자를 웹3로 끌어들이기 위해 설계됐다. 나이지리아에서 첫 출시를 진행하며, 빠른 전송 및 낮은 수수료 구현을 위해 오페라 미니와 협업하게 됐다"고 덧붙였다.
