블룸버그 인텔리전스 소속 시니어 매크로 전략가 마이크 맥글론(Mike McGlone)이 코인텔레그래프 인터뷰에서 "비트코인은 올해 주식, 금보다 저조한 성과를 낼 가능성이 있다. 올해 미국 경제가 침체 국면으로 전환되면 증시도 어려움을 겪을 것으로 예상된다. 위험자산 선행지표인 비트코인은 증시보다 더 하락할 것이다. 이러한 상황에서 금과 장기 국채는 선방할 것"이라고 전망했다.
